This policy explains what information ROAM Investments LLC collects about guests and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to roamparks.com and to the six RV parks we operate in Texas.

Information you give us
- Name, postal address, email address and mobile phone number
- Reservation details: arrival and departure dates, site assignment, length of stay, number of occupants, and RV or vehicle information
- Payment information, processed by our payment providers
- Anything you tell us when you call, text, email or speak with us at a park
Information collected automatically
- Standard web server records when you visit this site, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit
- Call records when you phone a park, including the number you called from, the time and the length of the call
How we use it
- To take, confirm and manage your reservation
- To communicate with you about your stay — confirmations, arrival and gate information, site changes, billing and account balances
- To answer you when you contact us
- To operate and secure our parks
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Text messages
We use text messaging to communicate with guests about their stay and their account. Messages are Public Service Announcements (urgent notices affecting your safety or your stay) or account notifications (reservation confirmations and changes, site assignments, and billing and balance notices). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You give consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — at booking, in person at a park, or by phone. Consent is optional and is never a condition of making a reservation. We keep a record of consent and of any opt-out.
Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How we share information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate — our reservation system, payment processors, telephone and messaging providers, and accounting services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of guests, staff or property.
- Business transfers. If a park or the company is sold, guest records may transfer to the new owner.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. As stated above, mobile opt-in and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
Your choices
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details above. We may need to keep some records to meet legal and accounting obligations.
- Ask us to stop contacting you by email or post.
How long we keep information
We keep guest and reservation records for as long as needed to operate the parks and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Records of text message consent and opt-out are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls that limit guest data to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our parks and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here.
