Text messaging terms of service
These terms apply to text messages sent by ROAM Investments LLC to guests and prospective guests of the RV parks we operate in Texas: Belaire Junction RV Park, Gather Campground, Access RV Park, Golden Triangle RV Resort, Hidden Lake RV Park and Grand Pines of Texas RV Resort.

What messages we send
If you consent to receive public service announcements and account notifications by text from ROAM Investments LLC, you agree to receive those messages from us. These messages include:
- Public Service Announcements. Urgent notices affecting your safety or your stay. Example message: [ROAM Investments LLC] Hello, please be aware that tonight we are expecting severe weather patterns. Please be safe and take shelter if necessary. If you have an emergency, please call (254) 314-8033. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Account notifications. Reservation, site and billing notices for your account. Example message: [ROAM Investments LLC] Hello, this is your friendly reminder that your site rent is due today. Please call or stop by the front desk to complete your payment. Reply STOP to opt out.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
How you consent
We get consent verbally by asking: “Do you agree to receive public service announcements and account modifications text messages from ROAM Investments LLC? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://roamparks.com. To opt out at any time, text STOP. Visit our privacy policy; our terms and conditions.”
Consent is optional. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to make a reservation or stay with us. We keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending text messages to that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us.
If you opt out, we may still contact you by phone, email or post about a reservation you have made.

Message frequency varies and depends on your reservation and how often you contact us. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
